Buying a car is typically one of the largest household purchase and the journey from research to ownership has many moving parts. Even when the customer has made the purchase there may be aspects they don’t fully understand, and words on paper may not be the best medium to tell this story.
Honda Financial Services recognised this and wanted to improve the new customer onboarding experience using Personalised Video. The video, delivered as part of a wider Consumer Duty communications programme, explains the key elements of the customer's credit agreement with a simple visual narrative to deliver a memorable story built from the customer's account details.
