Personalised Loyalty Statement Video
Most of Tesco's customers are familiar with the concept of Clubcard Points, however, they tend to be less familiar with Clubcard Vouchers. The purpose of this project was to improve voucher redemption rates using personalised video to explain the value of Clubcard vouchers based on customer buying behaviour data and loyalty card points balance.
The personalised video CRM programme provides customers with inspiration and prompts about how to get more value from their Clubcard vouchers. The video, delivered via the Idomoo PVAAS platform, delivers a clear call to action based on the most relevant Clubcard partner offers if the customer hadn’t yet redeemed their vouchers, but exhibited the same behaviour as customers who had.
